About me

Well, when talking about oneself it is hard to begin from a certain point, so I’m just going to commence by introducing myself and we’ll take it one step at a time. My name is Mostafa Hassanein; I’m a 15 year old student in Oasis International School.

To begin with, I live with my mother and grandparents in an apartment in the bodacious neighbourhood of Maadi. Actually, it is one of the classiest areas in Cairo seeing as a lot of foreigners reside here. Other than that, beautiful green scenery envelops every street, so it is a very mind southing place to live in.
Concerning my personnel hobbies, to be frank I don’t have any peculiar or interesting ones. I play squash three times a week but only for a short period of time, in deference to my academic schedule because my school work doesn’t leave much time for a personal life. Moreover, I have a profound passion for photography, I may not have much time to develop that hobby, but everything about it simply fascinates my mind. Other than that, I usually spend my free time gathering with friends or family, eating out, or maybe just relaxing.

Another relevant point to expose about myself would be my education.  I’m currently two years away from graduation, normally, I should have a shady or vivid idea of the college that I would like to attend and the field of work I shall join. However, I’m very undeceive about that , I haven’t made any plans for my future ,yet , I’m taking time to weigh my options. Currently , I’m in an IB school entitled ‘Oasis’ , so far this year has been the most challenging one I have ever encountered. My time is eaten up by an infinite list of projects, assignments and exams that just won’t end!

Lastly , about my personnel ambitions and aspirations for the near coming future , I don’t really mind what I turn out to be , a somebody or a nobody , as long as I’m doing something fulfilling with my life and that I’m happy, that’s all that matters. Many people think that they have to dedicate they’re life to education which will be the key to success and joy, I discord with their opinion ,however  I certainly  cannot belittle the importance of education seeing as it is only one way to obtain happiness. Nevertheless, to sum up my philosophy  in life ,I would like to reference I quote I read : ‘’On your tombstone all that will be written are two dates and a small bracket in-between’’ , fancy degrees and professional positions won’t matter ,only the years you spent on earth will , so make them count.
